Open this Web Part Page in maintenance view to delete problem Web Parts and remove personal settings - SharePoint library aspx page upload

As shown in below image, when upload aspx page in SharePoint library and editing its properties, the error message 'Open this Web Part Page in maintenance view to delete problem Web Parts and remove personal settings'  will be shown at the bottom of the edit properties window. This is actually by design SharePoint shows the error message when we upload aspx page in any SharePoint library.
